GOGAADI Technology platform is an enabling platform for a consumer/user to connect with authorised, third party, independent service providers of various services for their vehicles. By using this website and/or Mobile Application you hereby acknowledges that GOGAADI is not a service provider, It is only an intermediary between you and the service provider/ center.
User(s) means any individual or business entity/organization that legally operates in India or in other countries, uses and has the right to use the Services provided by GOGAADI. Our Services are available only to those individuals or companies who can form legally binding contracts under the applicable law. Therefore, user(s) must not be a minor as per Indian Law; i.e. user(s) must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible to use our Services. GOGAADI advises its users that while accessing the web site/ the application, they must follow/abide by the related laws. GOGAADI is not responsible for the possible consequences caused by your behavior during use of web site/application. GOGAADI at all the times reserves the right to deny service.

You understand that use of the GOGAADI Services may result in charges to you for the services or goods you receive from a Third Party Provider (“Charges ”). After you have received services or goods obtained through your use of the Service, GOGAADI will facilitate your payment of the applicable Charges on behalf of the Third Party Provider as such Third Party Provider’s limited payment collection agent. Payment of the Charges in such manner shall be considered the same as payment made directly by you to the Third Party Provider. Charges will be inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Charges paid by you are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by GOGAADI. All Charges are due immediately and payment will be facilitated by GOGAADI using the preferred payment method designated in your Account ,at this date the charges need to be settled to the service provider, after which GOGAADI will send you a receipt by email. As between you and GOGAADI, GOGAADI reserves the right to establish, remove and/or revise Charges for any or all services or goods obtained through the use of the Services at any time in GOGAADI sole discretion. Further, you acknowledge and agree that Charges applicable in certain geographical areas may increase substantially during times of high demand. GOGAADI will use reasonable efforts to inform you of Charges that may apply, you will be responsible for Charges incurred regardless of your awareness of such Charges or the amounts thereof. GOGAADI may from time to time provide certain users with promotional offers and discounts that may result in different amounts charged for the same or similar services or goods obtained through the use of the Services, and you agree that such promotional offers and discounts, unless also made available to you, shall have no bearing on your use of the Services or the Charges applied to you. You may elect to cancel your request for services or goods from GOGAADI at any time prior to service, in which case you may be charged a cancellation fee. This payment structure is intended to fully compensate the Third Party Provider for the services or goods provided. After you have received services or goods obtained through the Service, you will have the opportunity to rate your experience and leave additional feedback about your Third Party Provider.
It is expected that a reasonable behavior shall be followed by the customers / passengers while utilizing the Services. The Company encourages all its customers to take full responsibility of his/her items. In case of lost items inside the Company during the journey, Company will try to locate the items on a "best-effort" basis but is not responsible for the same in case of loss or damage to the same. All the calls made to the Company's CC are recorded by the Company for quality and training purposes.
Without prejudice to the above, GOGAADI works tirelessly to achieve users satisfaction but the Company makes no representation or warranty that: The Services will meet the customer's requirements to perfection, Services will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. GOGAADI will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Services offered by the service provider including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. GOGAADI will take all reasonable measures to ensure that service provider should fulfill his duty properly but there may be exceptions and GOGAADI will not be held liable for any such compensation. The Company shall not be liable for any conduct of the service providers on its platform. GOGAADI does not warrant that, its Application will be constantly available, or available at all or the Application is free of defects or errors. GOGAADI encourages you to notify any complaints that you may have against the service provider on GOGAADI platform. GOGAADI disclaims any and all liability in respect of the drivers.
The Company shall be entitled to add to, vary or amend any or all these terms and conditions at any time and the Customer shall be bound by such addition, variation or amendment once such addition, variation or amendment are incorporated into these terms and conditions at Company's website at www.gogaadi.com or the Application on the date that Company may indicate that such addition, variation or amendment is to come into effect.

When you request transportation via your use of the APP, the Website or the CC, we provide your first name or last name to the Driver/Partner who accepts your request for transportation so that the Driver may contact and find you.
If you have requested a ride through the Website, the APP or the CC; from the time that your ride request is accepted by the Driver, until you reach your destination, you and the Driver will have the ability to contact each other, via the mobile phone used to request the ride. During that time and only if you have consented we will send you sms& driver info will be available on the APP on your mobile phone to let you know if the Driver is on his way to your location and again when he has arrived at your location.
